I have over 2 decades of experience as a REALTOR® in Puget Sound and extensive knowledge of Seattle and surrounding communities, including Mercer Island, Bainbridge Island, Sammamish, Bellevue, and Issaquah - as well as a local's familiarity with all the things that make the Pacific Northwest the best place on Earth to live, work and play.

Information is king in real estate, so I work hard to stay up-to-date on the constantly changing Seattle market. When you're buying, I will help you find the neighborhood that's right for you and a home you'll fall in love with.

I am well-versed in all things waterfront, from slips and houseboats to high- and low-bank properties. In fact, I own a boat moored in Lake Union, so I understand the joys and challenges of being a homeowner with a love of boating. I also have extensive experience with condos and belong to the Seattle Condominium Network, a by-invitation-only, multi-brokerage organization with 30 top condo agents in the Seattle area.

More than anything, I am proud member of our community and love to give back. I have volunteered from the age of 16 at Youth Eastside Services and the Crisis Clinic as well as supported Habitat for Humanity and Dress for Success.
